TEDxKarlsruhe is the result of a passionate local journey. It all began with TEDxKarlshochschule, hosted by international students in an intimate university setting. What started as a student-led initiative quickly grew beyond campus walls. Inspired by the overwhelming response and energy of the community, organizer Aboubacar Konate launched TEDxSchlossplatz – a bold step into Karlsruhe’s iconic heart. Today, TEDxKarlsruhe continues that evolution.

What once began in classrooms is now carried forward by a team of professionals, founders, and experienced creatives – many of whom were part of the original student group. With deep understanding, lived experience, and unwavering commitment, they bring TEDxKarlsruhe to life in a way that’s both heartfelt and highly professional.
